Italian Ice is a fat free, cholesterol free and dairy free product, it is a cross between sorbet and Ice, no dairy but as smooth as ice cream and with real fruits in it.

Gelato is a gourment Ice cream but the difference is nonfat milk, cream, Buttermilk, and less air.  This means that the product is 25% less fat, and 50% less air making it a much denser product and served at 10 to 15 degrees warmer than Ice cream which makes it a very smooth tasting product on the pallet.
